1. Prepare 500 ml of whipped cream.
2. Prepare 1 can of condensed milk.
3. Prepare 1 cup of granola.
4. It's 2 tsp of vanilla flavour.

Granola ice cream step by step

1. In a mixing bowl, add the whipping cream.
2. Whisk the whipping cream using a whisker,hand mixer or stand mixer until thick (this will take about 10mins using a whisker).
3. Add condensed milk and vanilla flavour and fold gently using a spatula.
4. Gently stir in the granola.
5. Transfer the ice cream into an ice cream container,sprinkles some granola on top cover with the lid and freeze over night.
6. Scoop your ice cream and enjoy.
