- 1..rice 1/2ghanta bihgoden...
- 2..dahi ko phent kar 2hissy krlen.

- 10.phr gosht or nmak add kar ke 3..4 mnt pkaen...
- 11..dahi ka dosra hissa 200ml pani ke sth shamil krden...
- 12... ab halki aanch kar ke itna pkaen ke gosht gal jae....
- 13..bryani ko decorate krne ke kiye ek bowl ko chikna karein or isme gosht ka salan adha dalen is par zafran aadhi dahi podena hara dhaniya chirak kar uper boil rice dalen....
- 14..is tareqa e kar ko ek bar phr dohraen..ir tmam ameza khatam hojay....
