Ingredients of Gourd Khofta Shots
- It's 250 gram of green gourd.
- It's 2 of grinded onions.
- It's 2 of grinded tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 3 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- Prepare 1/3 tsp of degi mirch.
- It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of garam masala.
- You need As needed of Besan/gram flour.
- It's 1/4 tsp of carrom seeds.
- You need As needed of oil for frying.
- It's As needed of Water.
Gourd Khofta Shots instructions
- Peel the outer layer,wash &grate it..
- Squeeze it & put it in a bowl with besan,1/4 tsp salt,carrom seeds & 1/4 tsp degi mirch.Mix them well & make small balls out of it..
- Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry them till they become golden brown..
- Heat grinded onions in a karahi & add 3 tbsp oil with ginger garlic paste.Cook till they become golden brown..
- Add all the ingredients & saute for a second.Now add grinded tomatoes & cook..
- Add 1/4 cup of water & cook till oil spreads from corners.Add 2 cup of water & give 3 - 4 boils..
- Before serving,add gourd balls in it.mix them..
- Serve hot with chapati..
