  8. cook all day long. about 4 to 5 hours.
  9. slice up some red/purple onion and set aside. grate cheese and set aside..
  10. butter the bread or get the cornbread ready.
  11. top with cheese and onion if you like it that way.
  12. serve and enjoy.
