Ingredients of Whosayna’s Kheema Patties

  1. It's 1 kg of Potatoes.
  2. It's 1/2 kg of Kheema (Beef or Chicken Mince).
  3. It's 1 tsp of Salt.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp (pinch) of Turmeric powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste.
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of Garam masala.
  8. You need 1/2 of Lemon juice.
  9. You need 1 of Onion (chopped).
  10. You need Handful of Coriander leaves (chopped).
  11. Prepare 2 of Green chillies (chopped).
  12. You need of Coating:.
  13. It's 3 of Eggs (beaten).
  14. It's pinch of Salt.
  15. It's pinch of Chilli powder.

Whosayna’s Kheema Patties instructions

  1. Boil and mashed potatoes, put little salt mix well and keep aside.
  2. In a pan put mince meat, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder mix well and cook till done and dried up.
  3. Let mince cool down completely then add onions, green chillies and coriander leaves, mix well.
  4. Scoop two tablespoon of mince mixture and put on the potato puri, seal it up and make a pattie.
  5. Scoop big portion of potatoes and make a puri on your palm.
  6. Make all same, when done shallow fry dipping each in beaten egg sprinkled chilli and salt, till golden colour.
  7. Put three at a time.
  8. Remove on strainer then lay on a plate with kitchen paper on it.
  9. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
  10. NB: Can coat with bread crumbs after dipping in egg mixture.
