Easiest Way to Cook 2021 Southern collard greens

Southern collard greens. Traditionally, Southern collard greens are made with pork.   4. Add cooked bacon back into pot. Traditionally many used “fatback” instead of bacon for deeper flavor OR you may used smoked turkey wing or smoked turkey neck!.
  5. Enjoy with sweet cornbread with a tad bit of hot sauce and vinegar.
