Smoky BBQ patties instructions
- Pan lein flame turn on karain or pan me 2 Tbs oil daal dein jab oil garam ho jaye to us me katty howe pyaz daal dein or halka sa fry kar lein or phr chicken add kar lein or Tb tak medium flame par pakain jab tak chicken ka colour change naw ho jaye... (Chicken ka qeema nhe krna or choty choty pieces me chopped krna hai) jab chicken ks colour change ho jaye to us me add karain hari mirchain, namak, lal mirch powder, lehsan powder, adrak powder, lemon juice or mix kar lein axhi trha..
- (agr adrak lehsan ka powder naw ho to 1 tspmadrak lehsan ka paste add kar dein) phr 1/2 cup pani daal kar cover kar ke low flame par 10 mins ke lye pakain ta ke chicken gaal jaye.. Jab pani khushk ho jaye to us me BBQ sauce add kar ke thora sa mix kar lein..(BBQ sauce sy axhaw sa taste aayega bina koila ka dhowa dye).. Jab axhy sy mix ho jaye to flame ko turn off kar dein.. Or thanda kar lein.. Or tyar hai yummy sa BBQ chicken.
- Ak bowl lein us me add karain mayonnaise phr us me add karain kalo mirch ka powder phr add karain gajar (carrot) or last me ass karain band gobi or axhy sy mix kar lein..
- Patties ko joint krny ke Lye ab ak paste banayein gy... 2 Tbs maida lein us me itna pani dalain ke paste tyar ho jaye..
- Ab patties/samosa sheets lein or ak sheet lambi me rakhain us ke centre me paste lgain or us ke uper dusri chorai me rakh dein or us me mayonnaise filling add karain phr us ke uper chicken wali topping karain or same procedure sy paste lagakar patties ko 4ro sides sy band kar lein.. Or esi trha Sy sary patties tyar kar lein..
- Ab ak bowl me 2 eggs lein us me salt (as per required) or oregano (as per required) add karain or axhi trha phent lein.. Ab patties lein usy Andy me cot karain us ke baad bread crumbs me cot karain. Or pan me oil daal kar flame on kar ke rakh dein jab oil achy sy garam ho jaye to patties fry kar lein....
