  1. It's 1 of pork tenderloin.

  6. once the veg is as you like, remove, leaving the juices in the pan to reduce. once thick and syrupy add the veg back in and turn off the heat.
  7. remove skewers. thickly slice the pork and serve.
  8. with the top and tail I seasoned, fried and chopped up into a wrap with salad and apple sauce. had it for a snack <3.
