- It's 1 of pork tenderloin.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of apple sauce.
- Prepare 2 of carrots.
- Prepare 6 of green beans.
- Prepare 25 grams of butter.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of castor sugar.
- You need 1 clove of garlic.
- You need 1 of chicken oxo cube.
- Prepare 1 pinch of freshly chopped parsley.

- trim the pork of all visible fat with a sharp knife. top and tail it. cut it lengthways to one side and spirally work your way to the middle to lay it flat.
- crush the garlic and mix with the parsley and rub over one side of the pork. spoon apple sauce along the length. roll it and skewer it best u can. place on a baking tray and cover with tin foil.

- once cooked remove from the oven and cover to rest.
- melt the butter in a pan and add the veg, sugar, oxo cube and water to just below the top of the carrots and stir.
- once the veg is as you like, remove, leaving the juices in the pan to reduce. once thick and syrupy add the veg back in and turn off the heat.
- remove skewers. thickly slice the pork and serve.
- with the top and tail I seasoned, fried and chopped up into a wrap with salad and apple sauce. had it for a snack <3.
